Advertising Specialist

You are invited to join PioneerEcorp as an Advertising Specialist in Chennai on a full-time basis. We are seeking a skilled individual proficient in Google Ads & Meta Ads to develop and enhance high-converting advertising campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and boosting sales. The perfect candidate will possess expertise in performance marketing, PPC management, and conversion optimization. Your responsibilities will include developing, launching, and overseeing successful Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and sales. This involves conducting thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Your role will also encompass optimizing campaigns to enhance Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages will be essential to maximize conversions. Furthermore, implementing and managing remarketing and lookalike audiences for improved engagement will be part of your duties. Monitoring campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and UTM tracking is crucial. Effective management of ad budgets to maximize ROI while minimizing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) is also a key responsibility. Troubleshooting ad policy violations, account suspensions, and performance drops will be part of your daily tasks. Providing detailed performance reports and suggesting improvements based on the insights are essential. Staying updated on Google Ads & Meta Ads algorithm changes and industry trends is necessary to excel in this role. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads, demonstrating a successful track record in lead generation campaigns. A strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structuring, and audience segmentation is required. Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking is essential. Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analysis is preferred. The ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently and optimize ad spend effectively is crucial. Experience in e-commerce and B2B/B2C lead generation is an added advantage. Possession of Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications is also preferred.
