We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ad Operations Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns while overseeing the operational management of the business unit. Your efforts will be instrumental in ensuring seamless execution and exceptional performance, ultimately delivering value to our partners and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Technical Implementation: Set up and facilitate campaigns, deals, and audience segmentations. - Campaign Management: Execute, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve client KPIs and objectives. - Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. - Collaboration: Partner with sales, account management, and product teams to align on campaign strategies, technical requirements, and deliverables. - Reporting: Generate detailed and timely reports to evaluate campaign success and communicate results effectively to clients and internal teams. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, and operational processes to increase efficiency. - Task Management: Efficiently manage workload through internal tools, fulfilling account executive requests quickly and accurately with meticulous attention to detail. Requirements: - Experience: Previous experience in digital advertising operations, programmatic advertising, or ad tech. - Technical Skills: Technical and analytical orientation. Familiarity with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, or similar), DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic ecosystems. - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative, effective solutions. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. - Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in campaign execution. - Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment. - Quick Learner: Ability to quickly get up to speed with our internal tools and platforms. - Multi-tasking: Proficiency in handling various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.,
