Role Overview

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across all social media channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This is a full-time role where you will collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. 
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 
• Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting. 
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply knowledge to increase effectiveness. 
• Run and analyze paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads – in coordination with the marketing team). 
• Engage with online community by responding to comments, DMs, and queries. 
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements. 
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers to create impactful campaigns. 
• Support seasonal campaigns, launches, and promotions for Fleqa’s e-commerce projects. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field. 
• 1–3 years of proven work experience in managing social media platforms (e-commerce/retail background preferred). 
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics. 
• Proficiency in using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar. 
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
