We are currently seeking a Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community management across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce creative and engaging posts, reels, and campaigns.
• Monitor analytics to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and digital initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other social scheduling platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising is an advantage.
