Position: Social Media Executive (Deployment On-Site)

Location: RK Puram, New Delhi

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in English or Hindi Literature)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and enhance the online presence of our organization. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with content creation, social media trends, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging text posts, articles, and creative content for social media platforms.

Create and manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.

Post content across social media channels and ensure alignment with the brand tone and client communication guidelines.

Monitor social media activities and track engagement metrics to evaluate performance.

Respond to comments, messages, and interactions on all social media handles promptly and professionally.

Maintain active engagement with the online audience following the approved communication protocols of the client Ministry/Department.

Work closely with the creative and communication teams to ensure strategic alignment of all content.

Required Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and impactful content.

Understanding of social media analytics, insights, and content performance.

Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.

Proficiency in using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature, Hindi Literature, Mass Communication, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in handling social media platforms for brands, agencies, or government projects.

Remuneration:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
