Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resources team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Oversee onboarding formalities and induction processes for new employees.
• Maintain employee databases and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and training coordination.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department.

Qualifications and Skills

• MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
• 1.5 to 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and HR processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must be available to work full-time, on-site in Noida, Sector 62.
