Position: Junior Accountant

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (Internship experience will be considered)

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team at INCL Media Group. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation, with the ability to manage day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and reconciliations. Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions. Assist in the preparation of tax filings, GST, and TDS documentation. Support internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory regulations. Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (internships will be considered).Sound knowledge of accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, etc.).Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Compensation: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3 LPA (based on experience and skills)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
