You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, acquire new customers, and improve ROI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a measurable impact. --- Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, snapchat ads. Manage advertising budgets and meet performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CAC Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure consistent branding and conversion optimization Monitor and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and improvement strategies Stay updated on digital advertising trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms --- Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven record in managing paid media campaigns Strong command of tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, GTM etc. Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets Experience in marketing automation, attribution tools, or e-commerce platforms is a plus Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills --- Nice to Have: Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or D2C environment Familiarity with affiliate or influencer marketing --- Why Join Fleqa?
