Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, leveraging data and AI-driven insights
• Create, publish, and manage daily content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics) across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Use AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, hashtag research, trend analysis, and performance optimization
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, including setup, audience targeting, tracking, A/B testing, and optimization
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
• Collaborate with designers and content creators using AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and quality
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and derive actionable insights for growth
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, algorithms, and platform updates
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community
• Plan and execute growth campaigns using data-backed and AI-supported strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience or interest in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to produce platform-specific content
• Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple platforms independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling brand accounts or agency-level social media management
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Understanding of AI-powered marketing tools, influencer outreach, trend marketing, and digital PR
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and content optimization
