Role Description A Social Media Management Executive is responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing a brand’s presence across various social media platforms. Their goal is to increase brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions through effective online communication. Develop monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with brand goals. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to plan campaigns. Identify platform-specific trends and adapt content strategies accordingly. Write engaging, on-brand copy for captions, hashtags, and social posts. Schedule and publish posts Track and report on KPIs: reach, engagement, followers, website clicks, conversions. Analyze content performance to identify what’s working and what’s not. Use insights to refine strategy and increase ROI. Respond to comments, DMs, reviews, and queries promptly and professionally. Build and nurture online communities around the brand. Flag important customer feedback to internal teams. Work closely with designers, video editors, copywriters, and ad teams. Coordinate social media messaging with broader marketing campaigns (email, blogs, PR, etc.).
