Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.
  • Create and optimize social media profiles and fan pages for clients, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity.
  • Develop and share engaging content—text, visuals, reels, videos, and news—daily to build engagement and grow followers.
  • Monitor online brand presence and manage reputation by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
  • Coordinate with clients for account handling, feedback, and approvals, maintaining professional communication and service quality.
  • Design and implement monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and seasonal trends.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain cohesive branding across all platforms.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance; report on KPIs like reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithm changes to ensure timely strategy updates.
  • Suggest innovative campaign ideas, competitions, and promotional features to boost brand engagement and awareness.
  • Oversee the visual layout and branding of social media accounts, including cover images, profile photos, and highlight sections.
