Social Media Executive

Role and Core Responsibilities

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for executing social media strategies for multiple clients, ensuring brand consistency, and driving engagement across various platforms.

Content Creation & Scheduling:

Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, and video) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Coordinate with the design and copywriting teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

Community Management:

Actively monitor and manage client social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates.

Strategy Execution & Campaign Support:

Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns (organic and paid) to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and leads.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and platform algorithm changes.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) using platform analytics and tools.

Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize future content and campaigns.

Client Interaction (for 3+ years experience):

Participate in client meetings to present performance reports and discuss upcoming strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in managing social media for a brand or, preferably, within a Digital Marketing Agency setting.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,024.66 - ₹37,499.44 per month
