We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our hospitality brand. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling social media for hotels, restaurants, resorts, or within a digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Develop visually appealing posts, reels, stories, and videos showcasing hotel services, events, food, and experiences

Write compelling captions, promotional content, and storytelling posts

Coordinate photo/video shoots and maintain brand aesthetics

Social Media Strategy

Develop monthly content calendars

Execute social media campaigns for promotions, events, offers, festivals, and brand collaborations

Analyze trends in hospitality and create content that resonates with the audience

Community & Engagement

Manage comments, messages, and online queries in a timely and professional manner

Build and engage with online communities to enhance brand visibility

Collaborate with influencers, travel bloggers, and partners for brand promotions

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor daily performance of posts and campaigns

Track KPIs: reach, engagement, followers, website visits, bookings

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Brand Management

Maintain consistent brand voice, aesthetics, and guidelines

Work closely with marketing, events, and operations teams for content updates

Required Skills

Proficiency in social media platforms and tools

Good knowledge of reels, video editing, and creative tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)

Strong communication and storytelling skills

Understanding of hospitality trends and customer behaviour

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta/Google) is a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality Management, or related field

Experience in hotel/hospitality social media handling preferred

Agency experience is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,024.66 - ₹37,499.44 per month
