Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Executive who will play a key role in building Oliva’s brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

This role is about understanding who our audience is, what they care about, and how Oliva can connect with them meaningfully. You’ll help shape how the brand shows up on social: from the tone of voice and visuals to the kind of conversations we lead.

You’ll also build and nurture a strong creator network, manage influencer relationships directly, and craft compelling copy that brings the brand’s personality to life.

If you’re passionate about beauty and skincare, understand how to build digital communities, and have a flair for creative storytelling — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
  • Own the daily execution of Oliva’s social media handles — Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan, post, and monitor content aligned to the brand voice and campaign calendar.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content formats for reach and engagement.
2. Community Building
  • Grow and engage Oliva’s digital community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
  • Drive conversation and retention by building a strong, responsive online presence.
  • Spot opportunities for collaboration, user-generated content, and advocacy.
3. Influencer & Creator Relations
  • Identify and onboard relevant micro and macro influencers across beauty, skincare, and wellness.
  • Build direct relationships with creators — from briefing to coordination and content approvals.
  • Maintain a tracker of influencer campaigns, deliverables, and performance.
4. Content & Copywriting
  • Write sharp, engaging copy for posts, reels, captions, and influencer collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the design and video teams to ensure brand-consistent visuals and tone.
  • Contribute to trend scouting, creative ideation, and campaign storytelling.
5. Trend Spotting & Research
  • Stay up to date with beauty, skincare, and social media trends.
  • Proactively pitch creative content ideas relevant to Oliva’s audience and brand ethos.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content creation, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle space.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms and formats.
  • Excellent writing skills — conversational, engaging, and trend-aware.
  • Naturally creative, with an eye for aesthetics, tone, and emerging trends.
  • Confident communicator who can independently manage influencers and creators.
  • Hands-on familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or social analytics dashboards is a plus.
