to help us publish high volumes of content across channels with precision and speed.Roles & Responsibilities
Position Overview:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for uploading a high volume of short-form video content daily
to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for all ZURU toy brands. This role is focused on platform execution
, content scheduling
, performance hygiene
, and trend monitoring
across multiple brands and channels.You will work closely with our global Creator Studio, Content Editors, and Marketing Managers to ensure all content is uploaded correctly, optimized for platform best practices, and published on time—with proactive feedback loops on content performance and competitor insights.Key Responsibilities
📌Daily Content Uploading:
Publish 10–30 pieces of short-form video content per brand daily across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.Ensure all captions, hashtags, audio selections, and cover frames align with ZURU brand guidelines and platform trends.📌Content QA & Optimization
Double-check content for formatting, spelling, cropping, and sound alignment before upload.Apply tags, thumbnails, and platform-specific SEO (especially for YouTube).Ensure uploads are mobile-friendly and align with current platform trends (e.g., trending sounds, formats, aspect ratios).📌Scheduling & Coordination
Maintain weekly upload calendars across brands.Coordinate closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to receive final edits, briefs, and posting instructions.📌Organic Performance Tracking
Track and log content performance within the first 24 hours of posting, including key metrics such as views, likes, shares, and watch-through rates.Flag high- or low-performing content and provide a weekly content performance report with key takeaways.📌Competitor Monitoring
Conduct regular checks on competitor brand accounts to benchmark performance, identify emerging trends, and report on standout creative.Share findings weekly with the broader content and brand teams to inform ideation.📌Channel Hygiene
Manage video categorization, playlist tagging, and archiving.Update brand bios, profile images, links, and highlights as needed.Experience
Skills & Experience
✔ 1–2 years of experience in social media content management or platform execution (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).✔ Prior experience with high-volume scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Metricool, or native platforms).Skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail – especially for visual quality and consistency.✔ Strong organizational and time management skills.✔ Fast learner with a proactive approach to solving problems.✔ Basic understanding of how algorithms work on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts is a plus.✔ Proficiency in English for written and verbal updates.Mindset
