Job Overview:

Loyzo is looking for a Social Media Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience to enhance our digital presence and engage our audience effectively. This role requires a creative and strategic individual who can develop compelling content, manage campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management: Develop visually appealing and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms (posts, stories, reels).
  • Ensure all content aligns with Loyzo’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Write compelling captions, hashtags, and descriptions to optimize engagement.
  • Strategy & Innovation: Contribute fresh and innovative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay updated on trending content, industry trends, and competitor activities to incorporate best practices.
  • Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
  • Video Creation & Editing:Create short, engaging videos showcasing our products, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Use video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar) to enhance video quality and storytelling.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting:Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of posts and campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future content strategies.
  • Track audience engagement, growth, and ROI of paid campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and maintain an active community presence.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a hybrid work environment.
  • Passion for social media marketing and brand storytelling.
