Working Hours: US EST shift (3 PM to 12 midnight) Monday through Friday Nestora Brands - a baby furniture designer, manufacaturer and distributor - is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to create and maintain an online presence for their social media accounts to engage expecting and new parents! We are looking for a person with a blend of creative, analytical and communication skills to effectively engage with the target audience of parents and caregivers. Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably for a consumer-facing brand (retail or e-commerce experience is a plus). Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred. Platform Fluency: In-depth knowledge and active presence on key platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok . Content Creation Skills: A strong ability to create engaging, on-brand content, including excellent writing and editing skills for compelling captions and product descriptions. Basic graphic design (using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing skills are required. Analytics & Reporting: Foundational knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and use data to refine strategy. Community Management: Experience in monitoring social channels, engaging with the audience, responding to comments and DMs, and fostering a positive online community experience. Trend Awareness: The ability to research and stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices in the baby product/home design space. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and content teams, to ensure brand consistency. Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Niche Passion: A genuine interest in baby products, parenting, and home design can be a significant advantage in creating authentic, resonant content. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a social media content calendar and posting schedule. Curate and create daily content (images, videos, text) tailored to each platform. Manage influencer and brand ambassador programs, from identification to collaboration. Monitor and respond to community feedback, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner. Track and analyze social media performance data to optimize strategies and report insights to management. Plan and execute campaigns and promotions to boost sales and engagement. Salary is commensurate with the experience.
