Social Media Coordinator

As a Social Media Coordinator at Nestora Brands, a baby furniture designer, manufacturer, and distributor, your role will involve creating and maintaining an engaging online presence for social media accounts targeted towards expecting and new parents. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement a social media content calendar and posting schedule. - Curate and create daily content (images, videos, text) tailored to each platform. - Manage influencer and brand ambassador programs, from identification to collaboration. - Monitor and respond to community feedback, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner. - Track and analyze social media performance data to optimize strategies and report insights to management. - Plan and execute campaigns and promotions to boost sales and engagement. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably for a consumer-facing brand (retail or e-commerce experience is a plus). - A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred. - In-depth knowledge and active presence on key platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok. - Strong ability to create engaging, on-brand content, including excellent writing and editing skills for compelling captions and product descriptions. Basic graphic design and video editing skills are required. - Foundational knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics and refine strategy. - Experience in monitoring social channels, engaging with the audience, responding to comments and DMs, and fostering a positive online community experience. - Ability to research and stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices in the baby product/home design space. - Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills.
