Min Experience: 1 yearsLocation: GurugramJobType: full-timeAs a Social Media Associate, you will work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to plan, create, publish, and optimize social media content that strengthens brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports business goals. You will also contribute to social media blogging and assist in shaping and executing social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Execution

  • Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and others as relevant.
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a brand-aligned tone.

Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Support the development and execution of social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Assist in creating monthly content calendars based on campaigns, trends, and audience insights.
  • Identify emerging social media trends, formats, and best practices to continuously improve performance.

Social Media Blogging & Content Creation

  • Create engaging social media blog content, captions, threads, and short-form posts tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce visually appealing and high-performing content.
  • Repurpose long-form content (blogs, reports, podcasts, videos) into platform-optimized social media posts.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and analyze social media performance using native analytics tools and third-party platforms.
  • Prepare basic performance reports highlighting key metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and conversions.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize content, posting times, and formats.

Brand & Community Building

  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all social media channels.
  • Build and nurture an active online community by encouraging conversations and participation.
  • Support influencer, partnership, or campaign-based social media initiatives when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media management or social media strategy.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Experience in social media blogging, caption writing, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
