Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SME in Order Management-Voice with 3 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NSP - Order Processing and a strong background in Order to Cash Order Management Finance and Accounting. This role offers a work-from-home model with rotational shifts ensuring flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire order management process to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order to cash processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Utilize NSP
  • Order Processing skills to optimize order handling and minimize errors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing order-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze order management data to identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards in all order management activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for order management procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to order processing and management.
  • Support the finance team by providing accurate order data for financial reporting.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in order management processes and systems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order management operations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on order management objectives.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to provide consistent support and coverage for order management tasks.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in NSP
  • Order Processing to drive efficient order management.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Order to Cash processes and their impact on business operations.
  • Exhibit proficiency in finance and accounting principles as they relate to order management.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
  • Display problem-solving abilities to address and resolve order-related challenges.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
  • Adapt to a work-from-home environment while maintaining productivity and focus.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Order Management Professional (COMP) Finance and Accounting Certification. Also need mandatory order processing experience
