Role Overview: At EY, you have the opportunity to work as a SmartBuy Talent Procurement Supervising Associate in the EY GDS India team. Your role involves supporting and executing strategic sourcing activities, acting as a trusted business advisor to stakeholders, and driving inclusive and sustainable sourcing practices to contribute to building a better working world. Key Responsibilities: - Support and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing activities in alignment with the Procurement policy, including analyzing information, negotiating terms, and contracting products/services - Act as a trusted business advisor to EY stakeholders, aligning projects with the business pipeline and delivering brand and quantitative value through cost savings and contract value realization - Work with senior stakeholders and GP team members to support a category strategy that aligns with the global strategy - Develop relationships with key EY business stakeholders, report category insights, and drive inclusive and sustainable sourcing practices - Provide accurate reporting on deals and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) including commercial contractual negotiations - Drive an inclusive and sustainable sourcing mindset to build a better working world - Support the collection of knowledge of key suppliers and market intelligence research - Ensure timely submission of savings forms and accurate reporting on deals Qualifications Required: - Experience in Procurement in a collaborative, high-performance environment, preferably in Talent Procurement category - Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and commercial expertise - Ability to align efforts with key stakeholders, influence leaders, and possess a global mindset - Experience in execution of online Rfx and e-Auctions - Advanced English proficiency and ability to lead conversations autonomously - Bachelor's and follow-on degree in Business or similar discipline recommended - CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) certification will be a plus - Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 3+ years in Talent Procurement category - Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills in business English - Experience working collaboratively in a global, culturally diverse organization Additional Company Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and global delivery network that offers fulfilling career opportunities across various business disciplines.
