Role & responsibilities Core HR Competencies: Recruitment & Onboarding (Blue Collar & Contractual) Mass hiring for warehouse, transport, and support staff Coordination with contractors and vendors for manpower Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws Knowledge of ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA, etc. Handling audits (PF, ESIC, Labour, Factory Inspector) Ensuring timely license renewals (Factory License, Labour License, etc.) Payroll & Attendance Management Familiarity with biometric systems, CLMS/HRMS portals Vendor-wise payroll processing and record keeping Handling overtime, shift allowances, and absenteeism Contract Labour Management Contractor onboarding, agreement handling, and compliance verification Gate pass management and muster roll maintenance Employee Relations (ER) Handling grievances of workers and supervisors Maintaining discipline and addressing conflicts Regular floor presence to boost morale and engagement Training & Development Induction programs for new joiners Operational & Site-Specific Skills: Coordination with Operations/Logistics Teams Ensuring manpower availability based on shift and volume Flexibility to manage 24x7 shifts and high-pressure work environments Vendor Management Coordination with manpower vendors and service providers Verification of contractor bills and compliance documents MIS & Reporting Daily/weekly/monthly HR reports and dashboards Attendance, headcount, attrition, and cost reports Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Awareness Basic knowledge of safety protocols, incident reporting Supporting fire drills, safety audits, and hygiene inspections Preferred candidate profile - Candidates with prior experience in 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations will be preferred Male candidate only.
