Job Description

Role & responsibilities Talent Management and Workforce Planning Partner with Operations leadership to identify current and future workforce needs for white collar and blue collar. Support recruitment and onboarding processes for operational roles. Ensure smooth talent transitions and succession planning for critical operational positions. Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, hard core employees. Attendance and Time Management, To oversee attendance tracking, time-off requests, and leave schedules to ensure accurate record-keeping and workforce availability. Employee Relations and Engagement: Compliance Monitoring and Audits: Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance requirements and company policies. Conduct regular compliance audits such as PF, ESIC, Payment of wages, minimum wages, bonus and leave. ensuring submission of returns (half & yearly) under Factory Act, Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, Contract labour Act, Bonus Act,POSH Act, Maternity Act and or any other applicable act. Maintain Registers and Records under various labour laws at factory or plant for compliance Audit purpose. Preferred candidate profile : Preference will be given to candidates with experience in logistics and third-party (3PL) operations.
