About the Role

Senior Site Head

Key Responsibilities

Project & Site Management

• Oversee all aspects of site operations for high-value projects (1–10 Cr), ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  
• Monitor manpower, subcontractor performance, materials usage, and construction progress.
  
• Enforce strict site safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
  
• Resolve site challenges proactively and ensure timely project milestone completion.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants for seamless execution.
  

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage senior site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
  
• Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and performance appraisals.
  
• Ensure effective coordination between site teams, project management, accounts, compliance, and clients.
  
• Escalate and resolve complex issues, providing strategic solutions for operational challenges.
  

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain stringent quality control at all stages of construction.
  
• Ensure adherence to design, specifications, legal, environmental, and safety standards.
  
• Conduct audits and inspections to guarantee high standards of workmanship.
  
• Provide actionable reports and risk assessments to senior management.
  

Client & Post-Sales Coordination

• Support post-sales teams to ensure smooth handover of units.
  
• Address client queries regarding construction progress, timelines, and specifications.
  
• Assist sales and marketing teams in project showcases to prospective buyers and investors.
  

Strategic Oversight

• Analyze market and operational data to optimize site performance and project delivery.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Expertise in handling high-value projects (1–10 Cr) with end-to-end responsibility.
  
• Deep knowledge of construction site operations, safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance.
  
• Ability to make strategic decisions and resolve complex site challenges.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools, reporting systems, and CRM software.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  

Experience & Qualifications

• 10–20 years in site management, construction management, or project management.
  
• Proven experience delivering high-value residential and commercial projects (1–10 Cr).
  
• Strong track record of managing teams, budgets, and schedules efficiently.
  
• Engineering degree (Civil / Structural / Construction Management) preferred.
