We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Head to lead the end-to-end retail operations of our 80+ store portfolio across India , covering multiple global footwear & lifestyle brands. This is a strategic and leadership-heavy role focused on scaling revenue, improving operational efficiency, driving profitability, and ensuring brand excellence across all stores. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and targets. Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities to expand market share and drive sales growth for EBOs. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform revenue generation strategies. Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and inventory management. Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Implement sales enablement tools and processes to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity. Oversee the financial performance of the EBOs, including monitoring P&L to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
