VP - Sales

• Strategic Leadership & Execution:

  Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region to achieve aggressive revenue and market share targets.

• P&L Ownership:

  Take full ownership of the region's sales revenue and profitability.

• Team Building & Management:

  Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Structure the team for optimal coverage and efficiency, aligning with existing members and taking daily reporting.

• Hands-On Ground Leadership:

  Demonstrate a 100% hands-on approach by working closely with the team on the ground, understanding market realities, and leading from the front.

• Sales Operations & Forecasting:

  Create accurate sales forecasts and provide detailed reports to the leadership. Manage the sales department budget effectively.

• Channel Management:

  Drive sales and distribution through

  HORECA, General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Institutional channels.

• Financial Accountability:

  Ensure the timely

  collection of funds against goods sold

  is a critical and non-negotiable part of the role.

• Client & Stakeholder Management:

  Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.

• Market Intelligence:

  Continuously gather market insights and competitor intelligence to identify new growth opportunities and inform strategy.
