Position Title: Site Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution and Site Management:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
Review construction drawings and ensure on-site compliance with specifications.
Oversee subcontractors, labour teams, and material usage to optimize resources and prepare contractor bills.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections using checklists to maintain quality control and safety standards.
Ensure adherence to approved construction techniques and rectify deviations promptly.
Client Communication:
Provide regular progress updates to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Facilitate client site visits, ensuring a presentable and safe environment.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and submit Daily Labour Reports (DLR) and Detailed Progress Reports (DPR) to project Leads.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and workforce utilization.
Work Planning and Material Management:
Prepare weekly work schedules and achieve the same, aligning with Milestones and Delivery.
Prepare Material requests, mark the material receipt, stock usage and any transfer of materials.
Conflict Resolution:
Identify and address on-site challenges, including delays, quality concerns, and team conflicts, with actionable solutions.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Timely Project Delivery:
Achieve 95% adherence to project timelines and milestones.
Client Satisfaction:
Maintain a minimum client satisfaction score of 90% during site handovers and feedback sessions.
Quality Standards Compliance:
Ensure 100% compliance with quality audits and standards during inspections.
Site Management:
Achieve 95% adherence to systems and process alignment.
Issue Resolution Efficiency:
Resolve 95% of site-related issues within 48 hours of identification.
Qualifications and SkillsEducational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using mobile applications, Google Drive. .
Strong understanding of construction practices, materials, and quality standards.
Behavioural Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel to multiple sites
Availability of two-wheeler
