Key Responsibilities:-

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive

    monthly sales targets

  • Take

    full ownership of sales closure

  • Actively

    follow up on leads from various digital and offline sources

  • Identify and penetrate high-value markets

Lead Qualification & Follow-ups

  • Work closely with the

    marketing team

    to ensure

    qualified leads

  • Implement a

    structured follow-up process

    to maximize conversion rates.
  • Ensure a

    quick turnaround time

    for client inquiries and proposals.

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement

    sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth

  • Leverage

    market insights and competitor analysis

    to refine our sales approach.
  • Attend industry events, networking meetings, and build relationships

    to generate business.

Proposal & Negotiation Management

  • Work with the

    design & pre-sales team

    to create compelling project proposals.
  • Lead

    contract negotiations

    with clients, ensuring smooth agreement signings.
  • Ensure

    pricing and scope alignment

    between clients and execution teams.

Client Relationship & Referral Business

  • Ensure

    exceptional customer experience

    throughout the sales cycle.
  • Drive

    referral-based sales

    by maintaining relationships with past clients.
  • Act as a

    trusted advisor

    , guiding clients through the construction process.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain

    accurate sales pipeline updates

    in ClickUp/CRM tools.
  • Provide

    weekly and monthly reports

    on sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
