The Site Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and aligned with quality standards and timelines. Responsibilities include supervising on-site workers, managing materials, ensuring quality control, and addressing any engineering challenges that arise. Collaboration with civil engineers and effective communication with various project stakeholders will be crucial. Qualifications Proven experience in on-site management and construction coordination Strong communication skills to interact with team members, contractors, and clients Knowledge of quality control procedures and methods to ensure project standards are met Competence in structural engineering concepts and processes Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related field Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions under pressure Proficiency with construction tools and relevant software is a plus .
