Job Description. · Coordinating Site activities & execute · Supervising Sub con and ensure the work is happening as per the project schedule · Coordinate with respective stake holders for material delivery, Inventory tracker · Responsible for site measurement, scheduling & daily site activities · Adhere to EHS policy and drive wherever necessary · Monitoring Site work progress and ensure that all installations meet all the specifications and drawings. · To ensure all inspections are carried out in a timely and maintained quality of all installations. · Basic knowledge of labor and vendor management. · Must possess at least 3 years of site experience. · Observe and monitor installation operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments. · Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors. · Monitoring of sub-contractor workers at site · Monitoring project site progress and carry out all inspections. · Accomplishing project by defining the scope and resources required · Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes · Preparation of all Work Inspections reports in a timely manner. · Carry out the Inspection jointly with Main Contractor and Consultants. · Conduct regular site inspections. Inclusive of site walks and all documentation pertaining to Site Inspections. · monitor all construction work fronts and casting schedules to ensure our services are ready upon site availability and as per schedule · Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications. · Communicate with customers regarding site condition and site progress inspections. · ensure project goals and oversee projects to completion, schedule and track progress of installations · Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors. · Ensure all work is completed to commission the system · Sound Technical knowledge in ELV Packages (FAS, PAS, Access Control, CCTV…etc) Show more Show less
