Job Summary:

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. This includes roads, bridges, dams, drainage systems, residential and commercial developments. The role demands site coordination, project execution, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Supervise and monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure specifications and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Conduct site visits and inspections; resolve site-related issues proactively.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes, environmental laws, and legal regulations.
• Oversee material procurement and ensure timely availability of resources on-site.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
• Provide technical advice and support to project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BE/B.Tech).
• [3–5] years of experience in construction/project management or infrastructure development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of structural design and estimation.
• Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Familiarity with municipal approvals and documentation (e.g., BMC, RERA, etc.).
