· Lead the design of end-to-end RODOD architecture covering Siebel CRM, OSM (Order & Service Management), BRM (Billing & Revenue Management), and OCOM/OSB/SOA layers.
· Define high-level and low-level solution architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business processes.
· Ensure integration patterns follow RODOD best practices such as Order decomposition, Orchestration, Fallout Handling, and Order Lifecycle Management.
· Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
· Architect Siebel solutions covering Sales, Service, Order Capture, Product Configurator, Pricing, eCustomer, CTI, and Integration components.
· Govern Siebel data model, workflows, scripting, EAI integrations, and UI/UX enhancements.
· Ensure compatibility with Oracle RODOD reference architecture.
· Define and validate integration flows across CRM–OSM–BRM using SOA, OSB, BPEL, REST/SOAP services.
· Optimize order orchestration, fulfillment, and provisioning processes.
· Lead solution alignment with Oracle RODOD cartridges and customizations.
· Establish architectural standards, naming conventions, coding guidelines, and deployment frameworks.
· Conduct technical reviews, performance assessments, and solution validation.
· Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, and audit requirements.
· Provide architectural leadership throughout design, development, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live.
· Collaborate closely with business, development, QA, and operations teams.
· Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and architecture gaps.
· Ensure system stability and performance across high-volume order and customer management processes.
· Recommend system optimizations, tuning, and capacity planning strategies.
· Prepare architecture documents including HLDs, LLDs, integration specifications, and deployment architecture.
· Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for technical teams.
· 10+ years of experience in Siebel CRM including configuration, scripting, workflows, and EAI.
· Strong understanding of Oracle RODOD architecture and implementation frameworks.
· Hands-on expertise in OSM (COM/SOM), BRM, and Oracle SOA/OSB.
· Strong knowledge of telecom BSS/OSS domains (Order Management, Fulfillment, Billing).
· Experience with Order orchestration, Product modeling, Pricing, and Order lifecycle management.
· Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP, Middleware, Integration design patterns.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
· Ability to lead teams and provide architectural guidance.
· Proven experience working in fast-paced telecom digital transformation environments.
