CRM Techno-Functional Consultant


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document CRM requirements.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and system design.
  • Configure and customize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) to meet business needs.
  • Develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations to support business processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
  • Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, including testing, training, and deployment.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements or enhancements.
  • Work closely with developers, QA, and business users to ensure successful delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and industry best practices.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience as a CRM Techno-Functional Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with data migration, API integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Relevant CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics Certification).
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and related technologies.
