Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Siebel Developer to join our client's team in the consulting industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge CRM solutions, contribute to impactful digital transformation initiatives, and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Siebel CRM and a passion for building high-quality, scalable solutions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Siebel applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Customize Siebel CRM applications, including configuration, scripting, and integration. Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Maintain and enhance existing Siebel applications to improve functionality and performance. Document technical specifications and best practices. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Siebel applications. Stay updated with the latest Siebel technologies and industry trends. Job requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4–5 years of experience in Siebel application development and configuration. Deep technical and functional experience with Siebel 8 and above. Strong experience with Oracle Siebel CRM configuration, including: Business Components, Views, Applets, Roles & Responsibilities Workflows, eScript, and Open UI Experience with event-driven configuration (e.g., Workflow Policies, Run-time Events). Hands-on experience with EAI integrations, Business Services, Web Services, scripting, and configuration. Experience with Siebel Administration, production support, system maintenance, and upgrades. Proficiency in Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases. Experience with full life cycle implementation projects. Skilled in using Siebel Tools (configuration and scripting) to analyze and implement customer solutions. Experience working with SQL queries to build custom reports. Ability to document system specifications, operating procedures, installation instructions, and other system-related information. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers. Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and data model. Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database design. Ability to implement best practices and apply them effectively in real-world scenarios. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with cloud-based CRM solutions.
