Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance and attract customers.
Analyze sales reports and provide feedback to improve performance.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
