Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager located in Hoshiarpur. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service, manage staff schedules, and maintain high standards of customer service and food quality. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for training new staff, monitoring performance, and reporting sales data.

• Previous experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints effectively
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting
• Ability to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management or hospitality is a plus
