Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hoshiarpur, Mathura for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and service, managing staff, and maintaining quality control. The role involves hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising employees, handling customer inquiries and feedback, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving sales and profitability.

• Experience in Hiring and team management
• Effective Communication skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry standards

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
