Position Overview

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily management of front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate staff, manage guest relations, and maintain the high operational standards of M Grill.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, floor management, and table turns.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor—greeting guests, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination of service.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling staff to meet labor and service goals.
• Monitor inventory levels for service supplies and coordinate with purchasing as needed.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Support marketing initiatives, special events, and private dining experiences.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and focus on continuous improvement.
• Report daily operational performance and contribute to strategies that enhance profitability and service quality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (fine dining or steakhouse experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling software, and basic financial reporting.
• Flexible schedule—must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
