Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
• Accurately take dine-in, takeaway, and online orders.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter/order area.
• Upsell bakery and café items to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth ordering process at all times.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer/POS handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Prior experience in F&B or retail is a plus, but not mandatory.
