Job Description

1. Guest Service

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  • Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
  • Assist guests with special requests or dietary requirements.

2. Order Management

  • Record orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct food delivery.
  • Ensure all orders are served correctly and attractively.

3. Table Maintenance

  • Set up dining tables before service (tablecloths, cutlery, glassware, condiments, etc.).
  • Clear tables and clean up after guests leave.
  • Reset tables for the next guests efficiently.

4. Cleanliness and Hygiene

  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area at all times.
  • Follow hotel hygiene and food safety standards strictly.
  • Ensure that cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean and polished.
