About Us

Brown Town Bakery & Café is a popular, fast-growing café in Calicut known for handcrafted bakery items, fresh brews, and warm hospitality. We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their seats.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about items when needed.
• Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality presentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, serving areas, and the café floor.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Manage billing and process payments accurately.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Waiter/Service Staff preferred (but freshers may apply).
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
