Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Shift Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff during shifts, and ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics, addressing immediate operational challenges, and collaborating with teams to meet set goals. The role requires hands-on leadership, organizational oversight, and maintaining high standards of productivity and efficiency. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills Ability to oversee daily operations and address operational challenges in real-time Excellent organizational, time management, and task prioritization abilities Proficiency in using tools for tracking performance metrics and reporting Great interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive team environment Experience in a shift management or supervisory role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
