Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the
successful delivery of projects related to SharePoint Online and related technologies. The ideal
candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent technical delivery skills, and the ability
to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed
on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Drive communications between project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear
understanding of project objectives, timelines, and progress.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project pitfalls and develop
mitigation plans to avoid or minimize impact.
- Manage resource by assigning tasks to team members based on their skills, experience, and
project requirements.
- Advocate for and implement process improvement initiatives within the technical delivery
team to enhance efficiency, quality, and team satisfaction.
- Lead post-project reviews to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and integrate
improvements into future project plans.
- Develop solution architectures, implementation designs, and document specifications to
support the Client’s business-technology initiatives.
- Lead technical design and development, evaluating and troubleshooting functional design and
system architecture, component and framework programming.
- Implement best practice SharePoint information architectures and workflows.
- Provide technical governance and security oversight for SharePoint applications
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in Identity and Access
Management and Enterprise Security.
- Utilize the Microsoft SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to build custom solutions employing
besting practices and standards.
- Utilize the Microsoft .NET technology stack to build custom applications C#, VB.Net,
ASP.Net, with Databases.
- Develop and maintain MS Teams Apps and other collaborative tools.
- Design and implement integrations with external APIs, including those from LOB systems
like SAP, Workday, and custom .Net applications.
- Ensure seamless data flow and process automation between SharePoint and other systems.
- Lead the migration of legacy applications, Exchanges, and databases using tools such as
Microsoft, Metalogix, Quest, and Sharegate.
Integrate Active Directory, Exchange, Office365, Azure, ADFS, and other Microsoft offerings
into the SharePoint environment.
- Engage with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Discuss new technology trends and collaborate with peer groups to drive innovation.
- Apply Agile methodologies, DevOps processes, and quality assurance practices to ensure
efficient and effective project delivery.
- Familiarity with Azure cognitive services, artificial intelligence, and application development
on Azure.
- Outstanding communication and interaction skills, with the ability to engage effectively with
clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps processes, and quality assurance
practices.
- Familiarity with Azure cognitive services, artificial intelligence, and application development
on Azure.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Overall IT experience of 10+ years in technical delivery of Projects related to SharePoint with
design, development, and implementation on Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2016/Online,
Angular, JQuery, REST API, and .Net.
- Proven experience in implementing best practice SharePoint information architectures and
workflows.
- Extensive experience in migrating legacy applications and databases using tools like
Microsoft, Metalogix, Quest, and Sharegate.
- Strong background in Active Directory, Exchange, Office365, Azure, ADFS, and other
Microsoft offerings.
- Experience in Identity and Access Management and/or Enterprise Security.

Highly skilled SharePoint Architect with extensive experience in SharePoint architecture,
design, development, and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement SharePoint solutions aligned with business needs.
- Lead migration of legacy systems to SharePoint Online.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture and integration strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
- Develop custom components using SPFx and other frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
