Position : ServiceNow TrainerExperience : 58 yearsLocation : Baner, Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to design and deliver effective training programs across multiple ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow platform, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured training sessions on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, and related areas.
Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.
Deliver both theoretical and practical training using live ServiceNow instances.
Evaluate participant performance and provide actionable feedback.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases, functionalities, and best practices.
Support learners in ServiceNow certification preparation (CSA, CIS, CAD, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor training content based on business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
58 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in ServiceNow training or consulting.
Proficiency in core ServiceNow modules and platform features.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or Certified Trainer preferred.
