Job Summary:

ServiceNow Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and online training sessions on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and others.
  
• Create training content including presentations, manuals, hands-on labs, and assessments.
  
• Stay up to date with new features and releases on the ServiceNow platform.
  
• Conduct training needs assessments and adapt training methods and materials accordingly.
  
• Provide post-training support and mentoring to trainees.
  
• Work closely with project teams to align training with real-world use cases.
  
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvements.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  
• Certification(s) in ServiceNow (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, etc.) is preferred.
  
• Prior experience in training delivery both in-person and online.
  
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
  
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  
• Exposure to training corporate clients or large batches.
  
• Ability to develop customized training paths for different audiences.
