Job Description

Job Summary:

ServiceNow Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and online training sessions on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and others.
Create training content including presentations, manuals, hands-on labs, and assessments.
Stay up to date with new features and releases on the ServiceNow platform.
Conduct training needs assessments and adapt training methods and materials accordingly.
Provide post-training support and mentoring to trainees.
Work closely with project teams to align training with real-world use cases.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Certification(s) in ServiceNow (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, etc.) is preferred.
Prior experience in training delivery both in-person and online.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Exposure to training corporate clients or large batches.
Ability to develop customized training paths for different audiences.
