The ideal candidate will assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow applications and modules. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, and tables based on process needs Maintain system configuration and documentation Participate in upgrade and testing activities Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications Required Skills: Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS Understanding of ITSM, ITIL concepts Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Expected hours: 6 per week Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9529775856
