Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow applications and modules. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about ITSM and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
• Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, and tables based on process needs
• Maintain system configuration and documentation
• Participate in upgrade and testing activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Understanding of ITSM, ITIL concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week

• Evening shift
