Role Overview

ServiceNow Trainer

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured training sessions on

    ServiceNow modules

    such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, and related areas.
  • Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.
  • Deliver both

    theoretical and practical

    training using live ServiceNow instances.
  • Evaluate participant performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Support learners in

    ServiceNow certification

    preparation (CSA, CIS, CAD, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor training content based on business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 58 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in

    ServiceNow training or consulting

    .
  • Proficiency in core ServiceNow modules and platform features.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as

    CSA, CIS, or Certified Trainer

    preferred.
