About The Role:

certified ServiceNow Trainer

Requirement:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Hands-on training on 2–3 ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM (CMDB/Discovery), ITAM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, CSM, IRM, and CAM.

• Certified ServiceNow Authorized Product Trainer (mandatory)

• Expertise in designing and delivering effective training for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in creating and managing content within ServiceNow’s knowledge base
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s architecture and scripting
