Whether you're honing your expertise or already a seasoned recruiting partner, you'll own end-to-end hiring processes, collaborate directly with technical leadership, and play a key role in scaling a high-performing, diverse engineering team.

What You’ll Do

For Mid-Level (5 + Years Experience)

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback coordination, offers, and closing.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through passive sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring technical roles (software engineers, cloud specialists, DevOps, AI/ML, cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignment.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and partner with leadership to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality.
  • Regularly track and report recruiting metrics; proactively identify areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
