Job Description

Total Experience- 4+ years

Detailed JD

Relevant experience- 3 years

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow ITSM modules, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
Defect Identification and Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools like JIRA or HP ALM.
Validation and Verification: Validate workflows, business rules, and UI policies to ensure alignment with requirements.
Collaboration and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Automated Testing: Leverage automated testing tools like ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) or Selenium for test execution .

Mandatory Skills

ServiceNow Knowledge:

Strong understanding of ITSM processes and workflows, as well as experience with ServiceNow modules.

Testing Skills:

Experience with test automation using ATF, Selenium, or other tools.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate constraints, risks, and dependencies.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications: CSA, ITIL

Desired Skills

Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
API Testing: Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman.
JavaScript: Familiarity with JavaScript for scripting and automation
